Global Rhythms’ popular Accordi-O-Rama squeezebox spectacular returns to Town Hall with a rising star atop the bill: hip young bandoneón master/composer Juan Pablo Jofre. Having attracted the attention of the international press and captivated audiences at the Heineken Jazz Festival in Puerto Rico, Jofre and his exquisite abilities as a player of tango’s quintessential instrument are becoming increasingly well-known—and admired.
